Currently, tasks are limited to comments, with no way to set due dates or track progress. That’s about to change. Automatically generate takeoffs for Flooring, Countertops, and Vertical Surfaces using DigsAI with minimal user input. Provide an editable review and approval interface for purchasing and estimating teams. Enable manual takeoff adjustments to improve precision and accommodate edge cases. Deliver a smooth, fast, and intuitive user experience that highlights AI-generated takeoffs and supports in-line corrections.

DigsCare - Warranty and AfterCare (Release 1)

This first release of DigsCare will provide the core ticketing system and process for tracking and communicating Warranty issues between Customers and Builders. This will be the core service required for long term issue management Additional rounds of improvement will follow

3D Dollhouse

Conversion of the 2D floor plan to create a 3D explorable floorplan. The Digs 3D Dollhouse is designed to offer a contextual view and representation of the homes you’re building for your clients. We have big plans for how this feature will evolve, and we’re excited to keep you involved as we move forward.

A straightforward Scheduling feature that improves communication between Builders and Stakeholders. Digs Scheduling is designed to provide a streamlined, accessible project timeline that highlights the current stage, upcoming phases, and automatically notifies stakeholders of any changes or delays. This feature prioritizes simplicity and clarity over complexity, ensuring users can quickly understand project progress without navigating a comprehensive scheduling tool. It creates a centralized file structure within an organization's workspace, facilitating document management across teams for legal, permit, engineering, and corporate documents. Digs Integrated eSignatures

Partnered with Dropbox Sign, Digs would implement a central solution for remote\/paperless signatures to be collected. Users will be able to define a needed package of changes, update signature fields and annotations, and attache relevant documents to the package. Packages are sent out for signature and stores with in the pertinent Digs project to document changes and updates to Build, Warranty, and Aftercare history. More details on how to use eSignatures.
