Tasks: Due dates/Reminders/Punch List

Coming Soon: Smarter Task Management in Digs We’ve heard your feedback—and we’re making tasks in Digs more powerful, organized, and actionable. Currently, tasks are limited to comments, with no way to set due dates or track progress. That’s about to change. Our upcoming update introduces a more structured task management experience, including: • Assignable due dates to keep work on schedule • Reminders to ensure nothing slips through the cracks • The ability to create tasks independently—not just within comments • A centralized task view where you can manage all your tasks across a project in one place This feature will bring greater visibility, accountability, and organization to every project—making it easier for teams to stay aligned and get the job done. Better tasks. Better workflows. Coming soon to Digs.

Private Layers

Coming Soon: Private Layers We’re introducing Private Layers to give you and project stakeholders more control, privacy, and flexibility when collaborating in Digs. Today, teams often need to have internal conversations or share sensitive details—like pricing discussions or trade-specific coordination—without exposing them to the entire project team. With Private Layers, users will be able to create dedicated, access-controlled layers within their plans, allowing for: Internal team collaboration without external visibility Confidential conversations between builders and trades Private markups for budgeting, coordination, or pre-client review This feature is built to support trusted, secure collaboration, helping teams communicate more freely while keeping the right people looped in—and others out. 🔐 Private where it matters. Collaborative where it counts. Stay tuned!

Company Files and Folders

Company Files and Folders - New functionality within Digs. While central document storage is not an innovation in the market, it provides significant value to Digs customers who have historically been limited to project-specific storage. Company Files and Folders enables users to store, share, and collaborate on documents independently of projects. It creates a centralized file structure within an organization's workspace, facilitating document management across teams for legal, permit, engineering, and corporate documents. This feature promotes seamless collaboration and efficient document handling, improving customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness. Check the FAQ for more details.

Coming Soon: Gantt View in Scheduling We’re taking Digs Scheduling to the next level with the introduction of a Gantt View—a powerful, visual timeline that makes it easier than ever to plan, adjust, and communicate project progress. With Gantt View, you’ll be able to: • Visually manage your build schedule with drag-and-drop simplicity • Switch between time scales (Weeks, Months, Quarters, or Year) to match the scope of your projects • See dependencies in action—when one stage is delayed, the rest adjust automatically • Set up reminder sequences to notify your team before key dates or deadlines • (Stretch) Save and reuse schedule templates to standardize builds across projects • Calendar view integration for easier cross-team planning and stakeholder visibility Whether you’re managing one build or an entire development, Gantt View brings clarity, flexibility, and control to your project timeline—all in a format your team will love. Stay tuned—your timeline is about to get a whole lot smarter.
