For Warranty tickets - A precursor to DigsCare ticket Deflection, Suggested Documents will identify documentation which may be relevant to a ticket and suggest it to the person viewing the ticket.

Documentation will be based on the viewer, so Builders may have more info than Homeowners.

Suggested Documents will not be automatically added to a ticket, this will require human review to confirm that the document will add value to the discussion.
