Misc icons/ features

I used Digs for my first electrical layout- these feature frustrations/ ideas came up:

Can you make lines thicker (like bold it) on icons without changing the scale of the icon? Too thin/ small to see when you zoom out to see the full plan and PDF full plan page.

Can you edit “in place” on particular icon. (IE the text label of the Weather proof outlet isn’t legible because of something already on the plan) if I move the text portion of the icon to the right side of the icon- you can see the text better. All the other location- the premade icon works well.
- Another example- I place a 6” can symbol where I want the can… but there is a room label on the plan already, it obscures the 6” can icon… if I could edit that icon to have a solid white background, then you could see the can more clearly.

A live leader box with an arrow that can be adjusted and attached to a text line- PLEASE make this happen! to do it now, I have to draw a text box, draw a box around it, draw an arrow, then rotate the arrow appx 3 times to get it to point where I want it since it rotates in the middle not by the end of the arrow. Then adjust the thickness of the arrow.

Poly line tools- you can make an irregular shape- edit point placement, add and subtract points. Make outline a certain color, or fill shape with a color or Hatch.

Make icons with drop down menu of what layer it need to belong on. IE- If you draw something on the wrong layer- right click the object, drop down menu shows the current layer and then all the other layer possibilities. If you did it wrong, just click on the one you want it to be on instead. The copy and paste thing is not a long term solution- too many steps.

Is there a way to make your own icon/ stamp- or edit one and save it permanently?

Can you make drawings lines fat or thin on a “point” width or an Inch width designation? the arrow tool would follow the same rules.
Arrow tool- make it adjustable by the end point, not a rotation in the middle.
can you make a Auto Key/ Legend features? if you have place the icon on the page and on the same layer, Digs will automatically Talley it to an area on the page (user tell it where) and then you can add a Count features- however many of those icons appear on the page- it tallies next to the key symbol. for example a lighting legend that counts how many 6” cans or 4” cans have been placed.
- If you develop your flooring AI feature- this could also be handy. IE- this feature places a rectangle the types of hatches/ flooring colors used on the plan - then shows a square footage amount next to it.
