Normalize document "Share" functions

Today, the various screens of Digs allow for invitation or perms management in the top right.
When you click, depending on the page you are on, you may see an opportunity to invite a user to a project, change the permissions for a folder, and more.
If you lose that context, it is confusing to users how to accomplish these tasks.

This work will normalize this experience so that the click/and feature presentation is consistent across all users/pages
