Single comment for multiple layers

You have a layer named Laundry Room and layer named Plumbing. You would like to reference the laundry sink plumbing fixture on the plumbing layer and laundry room layer. You could assign the laundry sink plumbing fixture to the plumber and then keep the comment on the Laundry room layer.
